Apply through our job page by uploading your application documents (CV and letter of motivation).
Introductory meeting
If your application matches our profile, we will contact you by phone to discuss the general conditions and arrange an initial personal interview. This interview will be with a specialist or manager from the department you’ve applied to, as well as a member of the Human Resources team.
Second appointment
Depending on the position, we will either offer you some trial hours to give you an insight into our day-to-day work or arrange a second interview.
Feedback
After the one-day trial or second interview, you will receive feedback within a week regarding whether we will make you an offer or, unfortunately, have to decline for the current position.

You can find all current vacancies on our careers page. If you are interested in a position, please complete the application form and upload your CV. We look forward to receiving a letter of motivation. That way we can get to know you better.
In addition to your CV and a letter of motivation, relevant qualifications may be helpful, depending on the position.
Once you have uploaded your application documents, we will review everything and get back to you. Typically, there are one or two rounds of interviews or an introductory meeting. This gives you the chance to meet your potential colleagues and learn more about the job.
We respond to your application within two weeks of receiving the documents.
After each interview, we will give you feedback within one week.
On average, the application process takes about three weeks, depending on the position and your as well as our availability.
The interviews focus on your skills, motivation and personality. You will normally be interviewed by someone from the department you are applying for and a person from Human Relations (HR).
For certain roles (e.g. technical or creative positions), the second round of interviews may include practical tasks or tests to better assess your skills. We will inform you in good time.
Yes, if you are interested in several positions and you fulfil the requirements, you are welcome to apply for more than one position. Please apply for a position and mention in your cover letter which other role you are also interested in.
Depending on the position and team, we offer flexible working hours. You can find more detailed information on this in the job description or we can discuss it during an interview.
Depending on the position, the probationary period is a maximum of one month. The probationary period for apprentices is three months.
Yes, with your consent we will gladly keep your application documents on file. Should a suitable position become available at a later date, we will be happy to contact you. If you would like us to do so, please let us know by sending an email to hr(at)magdas.at and we will save your documents accordingly. If we do not receive any feedback, your documents will be automatically deleted after six months in accordance with the DSGVO.
